Catlow

Catlow - Lead Guitar

Laura Catlow-Morris was not always regarded as highly in our society as she is today. These days, she may be seen as a modern form of the aristrocracy but her past is far less respectable. She was in fact brought up by a gang of villians in pre-20th century England. The name Catlow would strike fear into the hearts of familys up and down the country. They would travel across England in a small caravan, raiding homes and stealing all that they could find. Their biggest job was when one day, the Catlow family (all 72 of them) decided to break into Buckingham Palace and kidnap Queen Victoria. Catlow no.56, as she was known then, was only 5 years old, and was forced to climb down the chimney and unlock the palace gates, where upon the rest of the family would run in, stealing all the crown jewels. The Catlow's however, we're not the most clever of family's and had not thought the plan through properly. Catlow no.56 had trouble finding her way through the palace and ended up in an airing cupboard for 3 days. The rest of the family decided it would be best to leave her and no.56 never saw any of the Catlow's ever again. The child was discovered by an elderly cleaner who gave the young girl to Queen Victoria as a present. The Queen took pity on the child. She named it Laura Morris (as that means Airing Cupboard Child) and took her on as the Royal Entertainer, where she was forced to play the guitar for the Queen every day for the rest of her time there. When the child was old enough to leave the palace she decided to begin looking into her past. She went on ancestry.com and found out all about her past with the Catlows. She moved back to Blackpool and in order to honour her orginal family name, she put the name Catlow in between her two existing names. She now goes by the name Catlow, in the hope that some members of the family will see her and know who she is. This is yet to happen, but if you see, hear, or get mugged by a Catlow, please don't hesitate to call.
